I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of my realtor, Leslie Ann Boccio.  We have all heard of horror stories with buying a home.  I too was not exempt from my share of the horror.  After one failed attempt, I recently purchased a home… Finally, not soon enough!  My situation was that I was promoted within my company and was required to relocate out to the Philadelphia area.  Unfortunately for me, the housing market was very “Hot” and homes were going very fast at the time.  The complication I had was that I was working during the week and commuting back to Pittsburgh for the weekend (the prime viewing time for homes).  Therefore, having time to see homes was very difficult for me.  By the time I found a home I liked and was able to come back out to see it, it had already been sold.   

This is where Leslie made the world of difference.  She became very proactive in finding homes before they even listed on the market.  If they met my criteria, she contacted me immediately so that I can get out in time to see the home and make an offer without missing the boat.  She took much of the stress burden off of me and made all arrangements very VERY promptly.  She was very considerate of the fact that I was commuting back and forth for my job and made me a priority customer by accommodating all of my requests and needs, even at the last minute.  Due to the stress of the situation, I know that I became a “Pain in the Butt” at times but Leslie just empathized with me saying that she understood my circumstances and then reassured me of the ultimate outcome we achieved.  We even had the displeasure of dealing with a sluggish & difficult selling agent and Leslie kept being persistent; which ultimately led to me getting the home I wanted over another couple’s bid.

 I have never met someone with so much tenacity and her follow-up was impeccable.  If you want to get things done and have your all of your needs met, I would highly recommend Leslie as your realtor.
